    Shipping Information

    We offer free delivery to anyone within the postal areas of EX23, EX22, PL32, PL15, PL34, PL35.

    We typically offer next day delivery but we cannot guarantee we will always make the estimated dates/times.

    It is the responsibility of the person ordering the delivery to ensure there is suitable access at the delivery address and that there is someone there to recieve the order.

    If roadside parking is the only option available, please make sure that there is suitable parking for our vehicle and space for goods to be unloaded.

    When your order arrives please check that the products and quantities are correct and damage free.

    Returns Policy

     If your Goods are in a resalable condition we are happy to take them back within 14 days of you receiving them. You’ll just need the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a credit directly into your account.

    We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or special ordered in. If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, replacement, account refund or repair as appropriate.

    Please be aware specially ordered item(s) may be less then the allocated time period and we can not guarantee an account refund.

    After collection the refund(s) will be provided directly into your account.

    If you have received a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible at, include full details of the item including photographs within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
